Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff, including Aida, Michelle, Lizeth, and Gustavo, were so helpful and friendly. The view across the city from my room was amazing, but the hotel was not entirely as advertised. However, the fact that it had three beds was a plus for our group.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though without outside-facing windows, were surprisingly nice, clean, and cozy. The staff, especially Aida, Michelle, Lizeth, and Gustavo, were incredibly helpful and friendly. On the downside, be prepared for a workout with the stairs, as they require extra attention.
The hotel offers basic yet functional rooms, with a beautiful and spacious layout. While some street noise is noticeable at night, it's somewhat expected in the historical city center. The service is friendly, although may lack some business understanding. The location is perfect for exploring the old city, and the dining experience, although decent, could be improved. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were bright and spacious, the lack of a closet was a downside. The service, especially the assistance with travel arrangements, was exceptional. The location was ideal for exploring the historic center, but caution was advised about the neighborhood at night. The dining options left something to be desired, with limited choices. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with friendly service but had room for improvement in certain areas.
